George Kriza

President & CEO

George is a passionate thought-leader in the area of incentives and a visionary for driving sales through innovative reward programs in the IT industry. He has driven change in SPIFF management solutions for 15 years and is recognized within the industry for his creative and pragmatic approach to driving top line growth for our clients. His broad perspective brings a unique view to every aspect of who we are and what we do.

George has over 30 years experience in the personal computer and consumer electronics industries. Since founding MTCPerformance, he has focused on web-based technologies designed to break new ground in facilitating the success of incentive programs.

His technology, sales and marketing expertise, combined with keen analytical skills, have enabled him to provide direction to many other corporations looking for a faster track along their marketing curve. Sony, Apple Computer, ITT Corporation, Panasonic, Creative Labs and Proxima are just a few of the companies that have utilized George's experience.

Cary Goldman

Sales and Business Development

Cary drives MTC’s Sales and Business Development activities. He brings over 20 years in the Channel and Distribution Marketplace overseeing sales and business development as a reseller and manufacturer, driving sales through the channel.

Before joining MTC, Cary was the Vice President of Sales at VS Networks, a custom digital signage content provider. Prior to that, Cary was in charge of sales at MTCPerformance, and also led numerous business initiatives at ASAP Software (now Dell).

Cary holds a Bachelor of Arts Business Administration degree from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management 

Travis Kriza


Travis oversees all technology and security at MTCPerformance. He is an accomplished IT professional with 18 years experience in software development and IT infrastructure. His expertise is broader than most, with senior expertise in development, database management and management of development environments. He is also an expert in security, network architecture, virtualization, multiple operating systems and high availability architectures. His experience with solution architecture includes contributing to two patents in platform architectures, including ChannelVIEW and Vendor Manager.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois (UIC).

Grace Rodriguez

Customer Service

Grace leads our Customer Service team providing our clients and their participants with exceptional white glove service. Grace applies her 17 years of experience in multiple disciplines including Account Receivables, Merchandising, Program Management and Client Services to develop innovative ideas and create efficiencies that ensure we exceed our customer’s expectations.

Shaun Canary

Project Management

As a product expert on our various platforms and offerings, Shaun leads the program launches and other projects for our clients. He collaborates closely with our development team on the best design approach ensuring the solution meets critical business goals and launches on time.  Shaun has been launching highly successful programs for our clients for over 10 years.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University.
